# Bookings

> Manage viewing requests from interested buyers.

## How bookings work

Buyers can request a property viewing through your listing. You receive a notification and can confirm or decline from your dashboard.

## Managing a booking

Go to **Bookings** in the sidebar. Each booking shows:

* Buyer contact details
* Requested date and time
* Current status

Click a booking to confirm, reject, or add notes.

## After the viewing

Mark the booking as **Completed** once the visit happens. The buyer receives an automated survey asking for their feedback.

## Booking statuses

| Status    | Meaning                           |
| --------- | --------------------------------- |
| Pending   | Requested, awaiting your response |
| Confirmed | Viewing is scheduled              |
| Completed | Viewing took place                |
| Rejected  | You declined                      |
| Cancelled | Buyer cancelled                   |
