What are bookings?
When a buyer wants to visit a property, they can request a viewing through the listing page. This creates a booking in your dashboard.Viewing bookings
Go to Bookings in the sidebar to see all scheduled viewings. Each booking shows:- The property
- Buyer contact details (phone number)
- Requested date and time
- Current status
Managing a booking
Click any booking to open it. You can:- Confirm — accept the viewing request
- Reject — decline with an optional reason
- Add notes — internal notes about the viewing or buyer
